Firm to offer SAT practice test
MARLBORO — Continuing with the success of last year’s free SAT practice tests, the Kiwanis Club of Marlboro and Supreme Tutoring of Freehold will once again team up to offer the free assessment at the Marlboro Recreation Community Center, 1996 Recreation Way, on March 3 at 8:30 a.m.
A continental breakfast will be served and a parent workshop will be held at 9 a.m.
The four-hour exam will be administered by Supreme Tutoring’s licensed and certified teachers and is a facsimile of an actual SAT test, according to a press release.
While the students work in a classroom setting that day, their parents will be invited next door to the parents workshop, where information about other state requirements such as NJASK and ACT tests will be discussed.
Adam Newman, founder and president of Supreme Tutoring, will conduct the workshop and provide a detailed overview of the SAT testing process. He brings more than 15 years’ experience in the educational field.
According to the press release, Newman’s mission is to give back to charitable organizations and he hopes to continue to grow strong ties within the community. He believed that partnering with the Kiwanis Club of Marlboro was a perfect choice for the SAT workshop.
The individual and confidential test results will be available from Supreme Tutoring within seven business days.
Following the testing, parents will receive a breakdown of their child’s assessment as if it were a true SAT exam. An individual evaluation of each student’s test results will be available free of charge directly from Supreme Tutoring.
Space is limited and registration is required. For those interested in registering for the free SAT assessment, contact Supreme Tutoring at www.supremetutoringnow.com. For more information about the SAT assessment, call Supreme Tutoring at 732-536-1286.
The Kiwanis Club of Marlboro is a local chapter of Kiwanis International, a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time.
